Our mission is to uplift and empower teens—especially those of color—through our support of the Clarence E. Lightner Y Achievers program in Raleigh, NC, a transformative initiative under the YMCA of the Triangle.
We are committed to helping students achieve academic success, develop strong leadership skills, and prepare for college and meaningful careers. By connecting teens in grades 6–12 with caring adult mentors and role models, we create a nurturing environment where they gain confidence, explore new opportunities, and build lasting relationships.
Through civic engagement, volunteer service, academic enrichment, and life-changing experiences like our spring break college tour, students are inspired to dream big and thrive.
